• Interacts with Team members, customers, and vendors using core values.
• Delivers “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer.
• Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas.
• Follows register steps including taking orders, handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the café.

• Continuous standing and walking throughout each shift.
• Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in stressful working conditions.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching.
• Lifting no greater than 50 pounds.
