- Interacts with Team members, customers, and vendors using core values.
- Delivers “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer.
- Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies.
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to standards.
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations.
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas.
- Follows register steps including taking orders, handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.
- Follows all safety and security policies.
- Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the café.
- Continuous standing and walking throughout each shift.
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment.
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in stressful working conditions.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching.
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds.
