Overview

Sales Leader role ENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident and effortless style for work, everyday wear and special occasions.

• Drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom; assist in training associates and deliver a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales potential; provide in-the-moment coaching on floor operations, customer service, coverage, stockroom management and adherence to standards.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance; train associates on store operations, product knowledge, policy and procedures.
• Execute action plans to optimize results; manage daily store operations and ensure appropriate associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout experience; assist with merchandise flow including shipments, replenishment, and omni-channel operations in-store.
• Monitor customer service quality and build effective staff schedules to place the right people in the right roles at the right times.
• Promote a customer-focused environment and resolve service issues to a positive outcome; model the Express customer experience standards.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of product, policies, promotions, and loyalty programs; support product launches, visual standards, signage placement, and window changes.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by supervision.

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers, peers and supervisors

• Collaborative teamwork and ability to work well with others
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers/processes simultaneously
