Buckle is seeking a Store Leader in Training / Floor Leader to drive guest service and achieve sales targets at our Riverchase Galleria location in Birmingham, AL. The role combines leadership with daily merchandising, cashiering, and store operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, develop staff, and uphold Buckle’s standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
