Base pay range: $84,000 - $126,000 per year.
Position SummaryCommunicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Forecast staffing workload and performance results. Prepare, review, and analyze business reports. Monitor compliance with logistics and company standards. Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns. Supervise associates and leaders, provide direction, performance feedback, training, hiring, and coaching.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration).
- One year of experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; hiring and promotion.
- OR one year experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager with similar responsibilities.
- OR three years’ experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; hiring and promotion.
- Completion of all required trainings and assessments.
- Financial modeling and analysis.
- Managing challenging workforce issues.
- Modeling/forecasting.
- Budget preparation and execution.
- P&L accountability.
- Supervising associates.
- Walmart Logistics Manager experience.
- Bachelor’s degrees in Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, or Operations Management.
