We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Fayetteville teams. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high‑quality, family‑centered pediatric care in an environment that values teamwork, innovation, & work‑life balance.

• Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents
• Build long‑term relationships with families and the care team
• Participate in clinical growth initiatives and community outreach
• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to enhance patient experience & outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current RN and APRN license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‑C or FNP‑BC) from an accredited body (AANP or ANCC)
• Current BLS and/or PALS certification
• Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
