- Advocate for patient‑centered care, adapting to a diverse patient base and removing barriers for all patients to be healthier and happier.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all areas of patient care, from counseling patients to processing prescriptions to administering immunizations.
- Be passionate about community involvement, enjoying outreach and events including regular Wellness Days.
- Understand the business, from inventory control to cost savings for patients to compliance.
- Model and provide guidance to pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches, ensuring concerns are successfully resolved.
- Use tools, data and personal conversations to understand community concerns and stay up to date on emerging health issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
D degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP). - Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE‑Accredited Immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- Experience with inventory control, cost savings initiatives and compliance.
- Experience modeling and guiding customer service approaches for pharmacy staff.
- Background in using data and community insights to improve services.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00 – $ for a 40‑hour/week schedule. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
