Requirements

* At least 2 years of leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

* Passion for building strong teams and creating a positive work environment & culture

* Exceptional commitment to customer service

* Desire to learn, grow, and have fun doing so

* Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
