Wireless Retail Store Team Leader / Manager – Hope

APEX Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, has an immediate opening for a Wireless Retail Store Team Leader. This full-time role rewards your ability to lead, coach, and inspire your sales staff.

Wireless Retail Store Team Leader will be in charge of a state-of-the-art APEX Communications store (AT&T Authorized Retailer). You will manage all aspects of running your assigned location and lead the development of each team member. We are seeking strong leaders with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and inspiring staff to success.

• Provide new Connectivity Experts with consistent, top-notch sales training using the 5 Step Sales Process.
• Mentor and train team members to sales success through observation, coaching, and counseling.
• Provide strong leadership, motivation, and analytical skills; lead a team by example and maintain a high level of personal and professional conduct.
• Supervise store employees; actively involved in hiring and accountability of associates.
• Provide superior customer service and meet company goals and expectations.
• Handle escalated customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
• Align with company and branch office core values and expectations.
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.
• Proactively develop personal leadership behaviors by seeking additional training and development.
• Maintain good employer/employee communication.
• Reconcile daily sales reports and schedule store employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Company Leadership.

• A minimum of one year of retail sales and management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and analytical skills; lead a team by example.
• Encourage a positive TEAM environment.
• Proven organizational leadership skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Direct experience working in an environment with continuous change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of a two-year Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Able to work nights and weekends with a flexible schedule.

• Strong base pay with uncapped commissions on every sale.
