Interviewing Family Medicine physicians to join an Indianapolis, Indiana FQHC with 15+ physicians and 7 sites. The group is looking for an Associate Chief Medical Officer who is mission-driven and has a passion for serving the underserved.

Opportunity Highlights

• The position would involve 3 to 4 days of clinical practice and 1 to 2 days of administrative responsibilities.
• Administrative duties to include:
  Peer and APP Review, workflow optimization, and coaching/mentoring.
• Strictly outpatient setting.
• 1:10 phone call, call schedule.

  Works EMR.

Financial Package

• $275K to $300K compensation + productivity incentive + comprehensive benefits (malpractice- no tail required, health, dental, 401-K with match, etc.)
• $25K Signing bonus
• Federal loan repayment is likely. HPSA score = 21. Up to $50K in assistance.

Community/Location

• Great locations on the south side of Indianapolis. Hope has easy access to both Indianapolis and Columbus, IN.
• Indianapolis is one of the largest inland cities in the United States not located on any navigable body of water. It is situated near the geographical center of the state of Indiana. The area boasts great schools, reasonably priced housing, professional sports, and more.
