As a Licensed Practical Nurse – Charge Nurse, you will provide nursing care for patients during your shift, follow the Comprehensive Care Plan, assist the Unit Manager with accurate documentation, and supervise direct resident care staff.

• Provide nursing care to patients on your shift.
• Follow the Comprehensive Care Plan for each patient.
• Assist the Unit Manager with documentation and patient records.
• Supervise direct resident care personnel.

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Indiana.

• Familiarity with nursing policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of medication administration and related regulations.
• Comprehensive nursing practice knowledge.
• Understanding of physical, psychological, social, and medical needs of residents.
• Understanding of organizational structure and employee duties under unit manager supervision.

• Competent in supervision and leadership.
• Shows caring attitude and observant nature.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with other staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment and emotional stability.

Exposure Category I:
Tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.

Full‑time Evening Shift; includes every other weekend rotation; 2 PM – 10 PM.
