As we grow, we’re looking for a high‑caliber Project Manager to join our headquarters in Hopewell and help deliver work that makes us—and our clients—proud.

• Hopewell, VA (Richmond metro)
• Full‑time, on‑site with local travel

• Own the full life‑cycle delivery of one large project or multiple smaller projects: execution & controls – drive day‑to‑day field execution, enforce safety and quality plans, and keep Procore documentation current.
• Cost & Risk Management – lead buy‑out, procurement, cost tracking, billings, and change‑order negotiations; flag and mitigate risks early.
• Scheduling & Coordination – build and update master CPM schedules; run weekly planning meetings with superintendents and trade partners.
• Client & Team Leadership – act as primary contact for owners, architects, and subs; coach superintendents, foremen, and project assistants to hit critical success factors.
• Reporting – deliver accurate cost projections, cash‑flow forecasts, and status reports to the Project Executive; close out projects with zero loose ends and happy clients.

• 5+ years’ experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects $5 M–$50 M.
• Proven command of project financials, contract administration, change management, and field coordination.
• Proficiency with Procore (or similar), CPM scheduling, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills—the kind that build trust with owners and empower crews in the field.

Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Primarily office‑based in Hopewell with regular site visits across Central Virginia.
