From your station you will quickly identify safety risks, document patient activity, and communicate concerns in real time to empower the care team.

• Watch patients continuously to ensure safety and well‑being.
• Identify risks such as falls or self‑harm and promptly alert the care team to intervene quickly.
• Document patient activity and changes accurately and clearly throughout your shift.
• Honor patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
• Previous patient care experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.
