Patient Safety Attendant – Tri Cities Hospital
Tri Cities Hospital, part of the nation‑leading HCA Healthcare, invites a dedicated Patient Safety Attendant to remotely monitor patients at risk of falls, injury, or self‑harm. From your station you will quickly identify safety risks, document patient activity, and communicate concerns in real time to empower the care team.

- Identify risks such as falls or self‑harm and promptly alert the care team to intervene quickly.
- Document patient activity and changes accurately and clearly throughout your shift.
- Honor patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
- Previous patient care experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.
