Travel Emergency Room RN – Nights | Hopewell, VA

Assignment Details

• Shift: 3x12 Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Guaranteed
  
  Hours:
  
  36 per week
• Contract:
  
  13 weeks
• Weekends:
  Every other weekend
• Scheduling:
  At least 1 Friday and 1 Monday per 4-week schedule
• On Call:
  None
• Floating:
  May float to freestanding ED approximately 15 minutes away
• Unit: 22-bed Emergency Department with additional vertical treatment space
• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Charting:
  Meditech (EDM)
• Scrubs:
  Teal top with black or teal bottoms

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• CPI

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong adult and pediatric IV skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong emergency nursing assessment and critical thinking
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
