HVAC Service Technician

Overview

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team! We are a well-established company and have been providing safe, clean, courteous, and reliable services to homeowners since 2010. Your service area will be the Richmond Metro area. If you are an experienced Technician with excellent residential skills, we want to talk to you.

• Troubleshooting, Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Make Up Air Units, Exhaust Fans, Air Conditioners, Unit Heaters
• Ordering Parts
• Performing Preventive Maintenance
• Invoicing on the job

• Develop positive relationships through professional interactions with customers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork to document work performed.
• Team oriented with ability to work well and communicate with others.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must own personal tools of the trade.
• Good customer service, communication skills, honest, and hardworking.
• Demonstrates willingness to accept responsibility. Positive can-do attitude.
• Neat, professional appearance and attitude.
• 4+ years of work experience.
• Must have a valid EPA license/certification to work with R-22 & R410A.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Drug screening and criminal background check required.
• Take/Follow direction with willingness to learn.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Lift up to 100 lbs., stand, bend, and kneel for long periods of time.
• Show up on time daily.
