Hire One Staffing is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

Perform general building maintenance and repair tasks within residential properties.

Conduct plumbing and basic electrical repairs as needed.

Install and repair household appliances in residential units.

Remove and install flooring, carpets, and related materials.

Complete apartment turnovers, including maintenance preparation for new tenants.

Inspect units and perform routine repairs to maintain safe and functional living spaces.

Position Requirements

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks.

Ability to install and repair appliances and flooring materials.

Ability to lift, move, and handle maintenance tools and equipment safely.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.
