- $1,500 sign-on bonus ($500 paid at time of hire + remaining $1,000 paid out at 6 months)
- Monday – Friday
- 6-hour days guaranteed
- Typically 6 AM – 9 AM and 2 PM – 5 PM

Requirements:- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger and School Bus endorsements
- Good driving record and strong commitment to safety
- Knowledge of vehicle handling, traffic safety rules, and road systems
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage groups of students and maintain safe bus behavior
- Patience and professionalism when working with children and young adults
- Safely operate a school bus or school vehicle on assigned routes
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and school transportation guidelines
- Maintain appropriate student behavior and safety during transport
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Complete required reports, forms, and route documentation
- Conduct routine vehicle safety checks before and after routes
- Respond appropriately to student needs and maintain a calm, professional environment
