The Scheduling Specialist’s main duty is to assist with scheduling required home visits on behalf of families who receive PCA services. The Scheduler follows program guidelines, maintains professionalism when corresponding with clients, and assists the program with administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements- At least 1‑year of experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Experience with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Maintain positive communication with families and coworkers.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills;
Spanish fluency is a plus. - Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- High standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, and confidentiality in an office environment, both independently and as a team member.
- Advanced office technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in data entry/typing.
