To perform this job successfully, a Bank Teller must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Process paying and receiving functions
• Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and refer them to bankers for appropriate products and services
• Accepts and process payments
• Issues Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Gift cards, and Travel cards.
• Balancing of teller drawers and machines
• Process coin orders, and coin charges
• Redeem U.S. Savings Bonds
• Answer phone inquiries
• Balance the ATM
• Process cash advances.
• Perform other activities as requested

Customer service & cash handling experience, exceptional customer service skills & good figure aptitude. Must be flexible & available Monday - Friday, and rotating Saturday morning at another CIB Branch.

• High school graduate or GED
• Previous bank experience preferred
• Previous cash handling work experience preferred
• Basic math proficiency and aptitude
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service

Starting Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
