The Minnesota Autism Center (MAC), a non-profit organization, is currently seeking qualified Behavioral Therapist/Mental Health Practitioners to provide direct 1:1 therapy and group therapy to children and adults affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Position also known as:
Behavioral Technician, Behavioral Therapist, Behavior Therapist, ABA Therapist, Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist.
- Full time opportunities available: 8:15 am to 4:45 pm Monday through Friday. No nights or weekends required!
- Part time opportunities available:
Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-12:00PM or 12:00PM-4:45PM
- Training provided on the job. No experience required.
- Tuition Reimbursement eligibility after 1 year of service for applicable programs.
- Flexible pay for Applied Behavior Analysis experience.
- Developmental training can lead to multiple promotion tracks.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience with ASD and ABA Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field + 2000 hours supervised experience
- 4000 hours supervised experience in mental health services
- Graduate student in mental health disciplines with clinical training assignment
- Master’s or other graduate degree in mental health from an accredited institution
Must meet physical demands to perform essential functions, with reasonable accommodations available.
- Frequent kneeling, bending, stooping
- Respond quickly to emergencies
- Engaged for 7+ hours, physically active
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Founded in 1996, MAC provides therapeutic services for children with ASD, including speech, occupational therapy, assessments, and family therapy, serving approximately 370-400 clients across Minnesota.
