** Job Description
** This position plays a critical role in driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization through a multi-functional scope that includes Access Audit and Onboarding responsibilities. It blends technical expertise with strong communication and critical thinking skills to support enterprise initiatives and compliance requirements. Key duties include running reports, analyzing and transforming data for various reviews, supporting new application onboarding, and serving as a resource for data inquiries and ad hoc reporting.
Additional responsibilities involve identifying and resolving data discrepancies, designing and executing testing plans, managing user deprovisioning, and conducting user research. The position also requires participation in audits—acting as the subject matter expert during exercises such as SOX review. Another main duty is handling onboarding orders for new hires, including equipment and system access. Furthermore, the role involves educating business lines through training, resource distribution, and direct communication, as well as analyzing workflows to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintenance and periodic review of internal procedures are also essential components of this role.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically four or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit - Good understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures - Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in findings and documentation - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to work as part of a project team - Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications including proficiency with Excel.

- Experience with application onboarding or Human Resources onboarding
