Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr
The Production Manager is a key member of EDCO Products Manufacturing team. This full‑time, exempt position is based in Hopkins and reports to the Director of Manufacturing. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM. This individual plans, organizes, and controls production to ensure that required products are safely produced with the expected quality, lead time, and cost to meet all manufacturing goals.
- Assures a continuous improvement culture and mindset is applied to all areas of the production operation.
- Assures a safe work environment for all employees and maintains a safe working record; supports EHS Manager on creation and sustainment of initiatives.
- Assures a high level of quality is achieved through effective utilization of machines, materials, processes and people.
- Assures attainment of production schedule through proper staffing levels, machine uptime, material availability and efficiency.
- Collaborates cross‑functionally to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Participates and drives lean manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.
- Leads all production activities through supervisors and production leads.
- Overall production talent management including interviewing, making hiring recommendations, performance management and appraisal.

- Minimum:
High School Diploma - Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, industrial technology - 4 to 6 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Walk and remain standing for an extended period
- Lift and move 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to utilize personal protective equipment such as ear plugs, safety glasses, and gloves
