The Business Development Representative bridges our Property Management partners and our Real Listings sales team. Half of your role will be out in the field meeting prospects for the first time while conducting rental property showings; the other half you’ll be in the office nurturing leads who have expressed goals of home ownership. You will be the friendly first contact for many future home buyers—helping them understand their path from tenant to owner and setting appointments with our Realtor team.
This is a full-time, salaried position with uncapped commission and clear growth opportunities within Real Listings.
- Base Salary + Commission: $60,000–$80,000 (Uncapped Potential!)
- Hours:
Full-Time (40 hours per week) – primarily based out of Hopkins office with Twin Cities field travel required for showings. - Mileage Reimbursement:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or leasing.
- Must have, or be willing to obtain an active Real Estate License within 120 days of hire.
- Real Estate experience or passion around Real Estate Investing is a bonus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable on the phone and in person.
- Strong organization and time-management abilities.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable driving throughout the Twin Cities metro.
- Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft 365, and basic office software.
- Self-motivated, personable, and passionate about helping others reach their home ownership goals.
