• Portfolio Management – Manage a portfolio of properties, build relationships with investor owners, and oversee client success.
• Educate & Advise Clients – Educate property owners on performance, rent pricing, expense management, and more.
• Hands‑On – Conduct showings, approve applications, and ensure maintenance meets client satisfaction.
• Property Performance – Ensure occupancy, rent delinquency, budget variance, maintenance management, and marketing performance.

• Compensation: $24,000 base annual salary PLUS 25% commission on leasing and management services.
