Overview

Store Crew role at 7-Eleven. Crew positions are entry level opportunities with both full and part time possibilities to fit your schedule.

• Cash handling and fuel transactions
• Cleaning and stocking
• Food service tasks including food prep and food service safety (where applicable)
• Assist customers and provide friendly, efficient service

• Cashier, customer service, retail or food service experience is helpful but not required
• Positive attitude; training programs will prepare you to excel in the role

• A focus and dedication to your success; proper training to provide excellent customer service
• A strong promote-from-within philosophy with advancement opportunities
• Schedule flexibility with full-time and part-time opportunities

• A desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Ability to assist with proper food preparation and presentation, including making popular items such as coffee
• Excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the rewards loyalty program
• Ability to follow proper health code guidelines
• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

• $11.50 - $15.41 per hour (range may vary by location and role)
