Overview
- Hopkins, MN
- $70–$80K (base + incentives)
- M–F, 8AM–5PM
We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Rep to sell aluminum decking solutions to builders, contractors, and developers in the multifamily housing market.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and build new B2B relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing and fulfillment
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- 3+ years of inside B2B sales (construction or building products a plus)
- Proven ability to hunt and close new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
$70,000-$80,000 per year
