Job Description Lead the architecture, modernization, and delivery of an enterprise Document Management Platform powered by AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Generative AI, and Enterprise Search. This role combines deep technical leadership with hands-on engineering to build scalable, cloud-native solutions that transform unstructured data into actionable business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership for the end-to-end architecture and development of the Enterprise Document Management Platform, driving innovation in repository-agnostic content management, process orchestration, intelligent document processing, AI-enabled discovery, and cloud modernization initiatives.

Design and develop Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs in a cloud-native environment.

Build end-to-end Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using OCR, document classification, data extraction, and workflow automation.

Architect AI-powered search and retrieval capabilities leveraging Semantic Search, Vector Search, Hybrid Search, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).Champion the use of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Git Hub Copilot, and emerging AI technologies across the software development lifecycle

Lead cloud modernization initiatives on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes, including legacy application transformation.

Partner with business, product, security, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

Mentor engineers, lead architecture reviews, and drive operational excellence, reliability, and production support.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six to eight years of relevant experience Required Skills Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development

Kafka and event-driven architecture

PostgreSQL and enterprise data platforms

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
