White is seeking a Process Engineer to troubleshoot manufacturing methods, improve efficiency, and coordinate cost controls across assigned areas. You will work closely with manufacturing leaders to implement updates and ensure safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include developing new methods, analyzing processes, reducing scrap, overseeing tooling and data analysis for cost-effective decisions, and guiding junior staff through processing changes.
