To assist licensed personnel in the delivery of quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Assist the nurse or physician with patient care and documentation in accordance with the scope of Certified Nurse Aide scope of practice.
- Provide assistance or complete care with personal hygiene, skin care and mobilization for patients.
- Transport patients within the ED and to other departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
- Successful completion of Nurse Aide course or the equivalent.
- Certified Nurse Aide from the state of Kentucky.
- BLS certification – American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.
- Phlebotomy skills preferred.
- Certified Nurse Aide experience preferred.
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
- Successful completion of Nurse Aide course or the equivalent.
- Certified Nurse Aide from the state of Kentucky.
- BLS certification – American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.
