This position is responsible for developing content/workflow expertise for assigned Epic application(s). Credentialed Trainers focus on the provision of end user training in the classroom, via live meeting and/or in 1:1 settings to end users from all levels of the organization. Additional focus areas include rounding, customer communication and optimization activities.

Completion of High School or GED is required. Education in a health related or adult education field. Experience in a health related or adult education field. Previous experience documenting in Epic's electronic medical record. Evidence of previous experience as a trainer and/or mention. Previous experience with document preparation such as writing user guides, grant applications, and/or business plans.
