Pay: $28–$30 per hour
Schedule
Full-time
Set shifts—no rotating on-call

What You’ll Do
Give medications and help with daily care routines
Support patients during admissions and discharges
Help teach patients and families about care needs
Watch for changes in patient behavior and report to the RN or doctor
Assist with activities of daily living
Work as part of a kind, experienced team focused on recovery and well-being
Talk with families and help them understand their loved one’s care
Take on other nursing tasks as assigned by an RN
What You’ll Need
Current, active LPN license in Kentucky
High school diploma or GED
Able to meet all facility onboarding and clearance requirements
A desire to help people heal and recover
