Retail Merchandiser (Part‑time) – Hopkinsville, KY 42240

Join Hallmark Cards as a Retail Merchandiser. In this role you will independently showcase your organization and time‑management skills, build retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

• Your starting pay will be $13.50 to $13.75 per hour depending on your skills and experience.
• This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 4–30 hours per week.
• Availability before and after major holidays, including occasional weekend coverage, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: using a mobile device provided by Hallmark to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products inside and outside the Hallmark department. Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and complete mandatory surveys.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours surrounding holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and on some holidays themselves.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture relocations, and card‑department resets, usually with two‑week notice and possible evening or weekend work.
• Team collaboration: support fellow merchandisers as needed throughout the field organization.

This is a physically demanding job that requires pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons and fixtures up to 30 lb most days and up to 50 lb on occasion. Tasks also include kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and stepping ladders.

• At least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Capable of operating a digital hand‑held device to read documents and interpret information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores as scheduled.
