As a W2 Inside Sales Insurance Specialist on our Multi-Product Sales team, you'll connect with members via phone to educate them on benefit options and enroll them in suitable coverage.

What You’ll Do- Make 150+ outbound calls daily to engage members
- Deliver scripted and unscripted sales presentations
- Enroll members into Life & Health insurance products
- Manage inbound calls and follow-ups
- Document activity in Salesforce and manage your sales pipeline
- Provide a professional and caring member experience
- Active Life and/or Health Insurance License
- 2+ years of insurance sales or call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Resilience, drive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and desire to grow within a mission-driven team
- Hourly pay + monthly bonuses
- First-year average: $50,000–$60,000;
