• 3-5+ Years of Actual Automotive Experience with an independent shop or dealership
• ASE/OEM Certifications Preferred (or Willing to Train)
• Ability to Diagnose and Repair All Makes and Models (Should have strong electrical skills)
• Self-Motivated, Efficient, and Reliable
• Team Player Who Respects the Craft and wants to get to the next level
