• 3-5+ years of actual automotive experience with an independent shop or dealership
• ASE / OEM Certifications preferred (or willing to train)
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models (strong electrical skills)
• Self-motivated, efficient, reliable, team player who respects the craft and wants to grow
