Join Holland Sharpe as an Industrial Metal Wall Panel Installer & PEMB Erector Step onto industrial jobsites around Clarksville, TN and help bring large-scale facilities to life. As part of our field crew, you'll shape the building envelope—installing metal wall systems and assisting with the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB)—while working alongside a seasoned team.

Compensation Pay: $26.93 - $32.43 per hourA Day in the Life Kick off by reviewing blueprints, construction drawings, layouts, and measurements to understand the plan.

Lay out, measure, position, align, and secure metal wall panels to meet project specifications.

Install exterior sheeting, siding, trim, flashing, closures, fasteners, and other building envelope components.

Assist with the erection and assembly of pre-engineered metal buildings and structural components, including positioning and securing materials.

Operate confidently with hand tools, power tools, drills, impact drivers, saws, levels, and measuring equipment.

Work safely from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts while adhering to fall protection and all PPE standards.

Coordinate daily with ironworkers, welders, millwrights, and other trades to maintain pace and quality.

What You'll Bring Proven experience in wall sheeting, metal building erection, or industrial construction.

Ability to read and follow plans with precision and an eye for detail.

Comfort working outdoors and at heights as part of a field construction crew.
