About the RoleAs a Cancel Shark, you’ll handle customer subscription cancellations through phone calls and online chat. You’ll contact service providers to cancel recurring subscriptions, manage multiple chat sessions, and accurately record account information. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys steady, detail‑oriented work in a fun, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do- Make outbound calls to service providers to cancel accounts on behalf of customers.
- Handle multiple chat sessions while assisting customers with cancellations.
- Navigate internal computer systems to manage accounts and accurately record subscription details.
- Follow clear procedures and scripts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay organized, self‑motivated, and dependable in a fast‑paced environment.
