Physical Therapist – Geriatric Rehab Specialist

Pacific Care and Rehabilitation in Hoquiam, WA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans in line with regulatory and clinical standards.

You will deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary interventions, administer procedures, and provide counseling to patients and families. New graduates welcome; licensure is required.
