Die Bildungsdirektion Kanton Zürich sucht für die Primarschule Horgen ab dem 1. September 2026 eine/n Schulsozialarbeiter/in. In dieser Rolle beraten und begleiten Sie Jugendliche, Eltern und Lehrpersonen in sozialen und erzieherischen Belangen, führen Interventionen bei Krisen durch und arbeiten eng mit dem Schulteam zusammen.
Wir bieten eine interessante Tätigkeit mit Unterstützung durch ein professionelles Team. Ideale Bewerber sollten ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit sowie Berufserfahrung in der Schulsozialarbeit vorweisen.
