Gemeinde Horgen sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Sozialarbeiterin/ Sozialarbeiter im Bereich Sozialhilfe (80%). Der Sozialdienst prüft Ansprüche, nimmt Fälle auf und führt sie eigenständig gemäß SHG und SKOS-Richtlinien durch.
