Die Gemeinde Horgen sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen Sozialarbeiterin / Sozialarbeiter im Bereich Sozialhilfe, 80 %. Die Stelle konzentriert sich auf Intake, Fallaufnahme, eigenständige Fallführung gemäß SHG, SKOS-Richtlinien und den Richtlinien der Sozialbehörde Horgen.
Sie arbeiten mit ca. 60 Fällen pro Vollzeitstelle (einschliesslich Intake) und fördern die berufliche sowie soziale Integration.
