Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $29.00/hr

About the role:

Care Options for Kids is a pediatric home health care company. You will provide one‑on‑one care in the home, working with autonomy and building a bond with families.

Night shift available: 6‑year‑old girl, GJ, oxygen dependent, seizure precautions, loves music and shows, loves integration.

Case eligible for sign on.

Responsibilities:

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician‑ordered treatments
• Nutrition via a feeding tube
• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioning nasal, oral and/or endotracheal
• Ventilation care
• Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements:

• Current, active Texas LVN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
• Experience with G‑tube, trach, vent, or willing to train
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
