Test Centre Administrator

Your Opportunity

This is a limited term (6 months) contract with potential extension, minimum 12 hours per week.

Work shifts vary across days:
Mon/Wed/Thurs 7:30–19:15, Tue 7:30–16:15, Sat 7:30–12:15. Shifts may be 4‑hour, split, late, early or cover for sickness. Availability required for varied shifts Monday–Sunday.

Minimum hourly pay £13.60, paid monthly.

• Welcome, greet and check‑in customers/test‑taking candidates.
• Comply with all exam testing security procedures and company policies.
• Verify candidate identification documentation and explain exam rules.
• Proctor candidates during exam taking.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments, such as IT.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing workstations.

Desired candidate has admin/customer‑facing experience in a busy multi‑tasking environment, strong attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Should be flexible with shifts Monday‑Sunday, comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to sit for long periods and escort candidates. Basic school qualifications in English and Maths preferred; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) an advantage.
