Looking for your next office-based opportunity?
Are you organised, reliable and someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for an Administrator to join a well-established business in Horley, supporting a busy team with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in getting the details right and likes being part of a team where their support makes a difference.
What will you be doing?
No two days need to be exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to help the team run efficiently.
Updating internal systems, spreadsheets and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Managing emails, responding to enquiries and passing information to the right people.
Preparing, updating and maintaining documents and records.
Carrying out data entry and checking information for accuracy.
Keeping track of outstanding tasks and deadlines.
Working with colleagues across the business to help resolve queries and keep things moving.
Helping with other administrative tasks as required.
What are we looking for?
You'll be someone who is organised, approachable and comfortable managing a range of tasks. You'll also bring:
Previous administration or office-based experience.
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Clear written and verbal communication.
The ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.
A positive, flexible approach and a willingness to learn.
A team-focused attitude, alongside the confidence to work independently when needed.
Why consider this opportunity?
If you enjoy being the person who keeps everything organised, supports colleagues and makes sure the details don't get missed, this could be an excellent next step.
You'll have the opportunity to use your existing administrative skills, build on your experience and become part of an established team.
