Coinford is hiring an experienced Construction Training Coordinator to lead our training programme across the business. Based in Smallfield, this office‑based role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) offers an opportunity to own the training function in a growing family‑run construction company.
You will coordinate CSCS, NPORS and NVQ training, oversee CITB grant funding and maintain compliance records, helping to develop the skills of our workforce and drive improvements across projects.
