We are offering a fully funded opportunity to achieve your Level 3 qualification whilst you earn.

This pathway is designed to help you progress towards earning our industry-leading Level 3 salaries, while gaining the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive as a qualified Early Years Educator.

• Fully funded Level 3 qualification
• Higher pay than an unqualified position
• A clear pathway to earn up to £32,000 per annum

• Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Aged 21 or over.
• Not currently enrolled in, or eligible for, an apprenticeship programme.
• Ability to communicate and engage effectively with children, families and colleagues.
• Current DBS, food safety certificate and/or paediatric first aid preferred but not essential.

• Hours: 40.
• Salary: £27,000 per annum.
• Qualification: None Required.
