Lunchtimes are such an important part of the day to a child and we need a reliable and enthusiastic team player to join the Horley Infant School midday team to make our lunchtimes legendary! In our latest Staff Wellbeing Survey, our school staff reported an 11% greater level of job satisfaction than the national benchmark.

With the Midday Supervisor Team, you will help set up and clear furniture within the school restaurant, supervise children and support the move from dependence to independence during lunchtime both in the dining hall and playground. Our Midday Supervisor team ensure the children have an enjoyable and engaging lunchtime experience as well as encouraging healthy eating and good manners. This is often achieved through our AMAZING lunchtime play activities which have led us to be a Platinum Award OPAL school.

You can see what lunchtime play looks like at Horley infants by watching our video - search on youtube 'Horley Infant School Opal'.You will also help engage and enhance the team and children in a wide range of games and activities whilst promoting positive play and behaviour and helping children build relationships with others.

* Pension Scheme This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, from 11:30am to 1:15pm. 8.75 hours per week, term time only, 38 weeks per annum.

Pay scale: GMAT Support Staff pay scale 1: £12.84per hour / £24,092 FTE / £4,908 pro rata.
