The RoleAs an assistant manager, you’ll support the people we care for and lead a team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support. You’ll help shape a positive home environment and motivate your team to go above and beyond every day.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:
- Lead and support the care team in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.
- Maintain a positive home environment for residents.
- Motivate your team to go above and beyond every day.
- Experience leading or supervising a care team.
- Organised, calm under pressure, and great with people.
- A passion for making a real impact.
- Level 2 in Adult Care (or working towards it).
- Level 3 in Adult Care or Team Leading (bonus).
- Experience with care planning software (bonus).
- Paid day off for your birthday after 1 year.
