As a Maintenance Assistant you will have:
- Assisting with ensuring that the service, buildings, facilities and equipment are maintained and fit for purpose.
- Utilising good DIY skills to ensure safety of service users.
- Assisting in regular checks and maintenance.
- Assisting in the repair and maintenance of all buildings.
- Reporting all faults and defects to management.
- Participating in a 1 week retaining on‑call rota for the purposes of emergency maintenance issues that arise.
- Coordinating and supporting contractors whilst on site and completing all paperwork and tool checks.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Comply with system and procedures.
- Have previous experience within a maintenance role.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
