A well-established care provider is seeking a Unit Lead Nurse to lead a nursing team within a welcoming care home in Surrey.
The home provides a comfortable environment focused on residents’ wellbeing and high-quality, person-centred care. With good transport links to surrounding areas, it offers an accessible location for local nursing professionals.
As Unit Lead Nurse, you’ll oversee clinical care, maintain care plans and risk assessments, support staff development and ensure consistently high standards of care across the unit.
Person specification- BSc Adult or Mental Health Nurse with full NMC registration
- Experience working as a Unit Lead/Clinical Lead Nurse within an elderly care setting
- Clinical skills relevant to a nursing home environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous leadership experience
- Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note, there is no visa sponsorship available for this role
- Paid NMC registration fees
