2) to join the End Stage Kidney Disease care team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for an assigned patient group, coordinate dialysis sessions and educate patients and families.
You will lead others as a resource and mentor, participate in quality improvement and maintain compliance with nursing standards and CAP requirements. Current RN license and BLS required.
